This course is for beginner swimmers who want to make their first 1,500m swim and do so enjoying each stroke with the best possible technique. At a minimum, you will have to train 3 times a week to get to the challenge with guarantees of success, although if you can train one more day, it will always come in handy, and for this, you just have to repeat the training of the week that you liked the most.
