Secret swiming Program
Thursday, June 4th
- -From 5:00 PM onwards, we will meet you at Can Budha where we will provide you with an electric bicycle and then we will go for a welcome swim in Formentera where we will enjoy some pure swimming pleasure
- 20:00 Light Dinner
- –21:00 Free time
Friday, june 5th
- –8:30 Breakfast
- -9:00 Bike ride to the starting point of the swim
- -9:30 Start of the 4.5km swim, although it can always be shortened at the aid station.
- –12:30 Biking back to the Cap Budha.
- –13:30 Lunch and siesta
- —17:30 Strength training session for swimmers using resistance bands
- –18:30 Personal Video analysis of the morning swimming
- –20:00 Dinner in the house or if you prefer, you can also go to any restaurant around the island.
Saturday June 6 th
- –8:30 Breakfast
- –9:00 Bike ride to the starting point of the swim
- –9:30 Start of the 6 km swiming, although it can always be shortened at the aid station.
- –13:30 Biking back to Cap Buda
- –14:30 Lunch and siesta
- -18:30 Mobility session for swimmers with kettlebell
- –20:00 Dinner in the house or if you prefer, you can also go to any restaurant around the island.
Sunday June 7th
- –9:00 Breakfast
- –9:30 We travel by bike to do the last 4.5 km swiming, the last section of which can be done on foot if necessary
- –13:30 Biking back to Cap Budha
- 14:30 Lunch and siesta
- 18:00 Biking to Hippiemarket La Mola, Formentera
- 20:30 Dinner in the Hippiemarket ( not included in the price) or back to camp Budda por dinner in the house.
Monday June 8th
- 9:00 Farewell Breakfast
