Friday
- 17:00 Presentation of the program at the Magno Internacional school pool with a video analysis of the current Olympic champions
- 17:30 a 19:00 Pool session with your undewater video recording
- 19:15 Transfer back home
Saturday
- 8:30 Breakfast
- 9.30 Personal video analysis
- 10:30 Transfer to the pool
- 11:30 to 13:30 Group pool session where you will integrate your technique improvements
- 14:00 Transfer back home
- 14:30 Lunch
- 16:00 Siesta time
- 18:30 Personal video analysis
- 19:30 Free time
- 20:30 Dinner
Sunday
- 9:30 Breakfast
- 10:30 Long open water swimming around Tabarca Island. If the weather do not aloud us to swim in the Island, there are plenty of other places to swim around.
- 13:00 Farewell
What is included in this workshop
- All transfers needed during the weekend and pick-up and drop-off at the airport or train station in Alicante and to the Tabarca Island
- 2 video individual videoanalysis
- All videos with the opportunities of improvement are going to be send to you by whatsapp
- A weekly swimming plan during a month so you can make a good practice
