Friday
- 17:00 Presentation of the program at the Magno Internacional school pool with a video analysis of the current Olympic champions
- 17:30 a 19:00 Pool session with your undewater with your video recording
- 19:15 Transfer to our house
- 20:00 Dinner and free time
Saturday
- 8:30 Short open water swim
- 9:30 Breakfast
- 10:00 Personal video analysis
- 10:45 Transfer to the pool
- 11:30 to 12:30 Group pool session where you will integrate your technique improvements
- 13:00 Lunch
- 16:00 to 18:30 Individual pool session
- 18:30 Personal video analysis
- 19:00 Transfer to our house
- 20:00 Dinner
Sunday
- 8:30 Breakfast
- 9:30 Long open water swim that will be in Tabarca Island. If the weather do not aloud us to swim in the Island, there are plenty of other places to swim around.
- 13:00 Lunch
- 15:00 Farewell

- All transfers needed during the weekend and pick-up and drop-off at the airport or train station in Alicante and to the Tabarca Island
