Friday
- Pick-up from Alicante airport and transportation to our house (15 minutes drives) where you will spend the weekend as a guest in a room, single or double if you come with your buddy, with your own bathroom, unless you prefer different accommodation.
- 15:00 Lunch and rest time
- 17:00 Official presentation of the swimming weekend and video analysis of the current Olympic champions from the Olimpics in Paris
- 18:00 Short swimming in open water
- 19:30 light dinner at our accommodation ( Included)
- 20:30 Free time
Saturday
- 8:00 Breakfast ( Included)
- 8:30 Transfer to the pool.
- 9: 00 to 11:00 Drill in the pool with video recordings
- 11:00 to 11:30 Snack time
- 11:30 Personal video analysis
- 12:00 to 13:30 Drill in the pool with video recordings
- 14:00 Transfer to our house
- 14:30 Lunch at our accommodation ( Included)
- 16:00 Siesta time
- 17:30 Personal video analysis
- 18:30 Free time
- 19:30 Dinner at our accommodation ( Included)
- 20:30 Walk to visit down town in Santa Pola.
Sunday
- 8:30 Breakfast
- 9:30 Transfer to Tabarca Island
- 10:00 Swimming around the Island (6.5km full round, 5km round and 2.5km half round, depending on the swimmer level)
- 13:00 Lunch in a restaurant ( not included)
- 14:45 Transfer back to Santa Pola
- 15:15 Siesta time in our accommodation
- 17:00 Farewell but you will have a month of online coaching with weekly 3 plans so all your improvements will be strengthen
