Program of the 1&1 Master crawl.
Saturday
- 9:30 to 10:30 Video of the current Olympic champions in Santa Pola
- 10:30 Transfer to the swimming pool of C. A. Montemar
- 11:30 to 13:00 Group class with students from C.A. Montemar
- 13:30 Lunch at C.A. Montemar (Not included)
- 16:00 Transfer to Magno International School swimming pool
- 16:30 to 18:00 Individual practice with video analysis.
- 19:00 Transfer to Santa Pola
- 20:00 Light dinner and rest.
Sunday
- 8:30 Breakfast
- 9:30 10:00 Individual video analysis of Saturday afternoon session
- 11:00 Swimming trip in open water
- 13:00 Farewell
What is included in this workshop
- All transfers needed during the weekend and pick-up and drop-off at the airport or train station in Alicante.
- # 1 individual video analysis that we will send you by telegram
- #1 session of 1 hour and a half of individual pool with all personalized technical corrections.
- 1 group class of one hour and a half
- 1 Video analysis of the reigning Olympic champions
- Accident insurance
- Access to swimming pools and audiovisual room

- One accompaniment in open water

Price of the 1&1 Master crawl training, 190€.
Optional supplement of 110€ per day and person with deluxe accommodation with half board in a single room with individual bathroom
